The 2013 Long and Middle Distance Championships were held on 27 & 28 July near Gympie, Queensland. The Middle Distance race was held in the Corella Forest around 20km NW of Gympie. The Long distance was held at Toolara South Forest between Gympie and Rainbow Beach.

The 2013 Australian Sprint MTBO Championships were held on the 19 October 2013 at Sparrow Hill, ACT.
The Sprint event was part of the 2013 ACT MTBO Championships held over the weekend of 19 and 20 October.
These events were all part of the 2013 Australian MTBO Series.
